LIFE... LIFE... LIFE...


  • In your life live honestly, else through out your life, you will be unhappy.
  • Take deep breathe and try to reduce the no of breaths per min.
  • Comment on her food .. she will be very happy... give what she like more...
  • Practice Meditation with your kids too....
  • You are the only one who is going to stay with you for 24 hours and life long too.. so you try to be - as you like and as you want.

TO DO EXERCISE


  • Daily 30 min brisk walk is must
  • Simple exercise is not enough, do exercise till you sweat heavily.
  • Spine exercise is must.
  • daily take at least 10 situps
  • Yoga is must
  • Meditation is must.


TO DO Daily

  • Morning
1.   Morning have 1 Liter of water
2.   Have Coconut water in the morning for stomach ailments. 
3.   Morning Meditation.
4.     This year target - to get rid of Asthma.
5.     Exercise & Meditation is must.
6.     Do seershasanam daily
7.   Regular walk, jogging and simple exercises.
8.   Yoga - for spine, and the whole body
9.   Exercise pranayam & Daily 10 to50 sit-ups
10.                     An Apple a Day keeps doctor away.
11.                     Eat Sprouts, fruits etc.
12.                     Try to eat proteins and not the carbohydrates. Try to eat more proteins and not the carbohydrates.
  • Afternoon


  • Night


1.   Try to finish Dinner before 6.30 pm or 7 pm. Give rest to your digestive system. Your body has the self healing mechanism.
2.   Don’t take non-veg in the night.
3.   Don’t take milk in the night.
4.   Do regular Meditation before you sleep - It gives you sound sleep please don’t miss it.
5. Have only fruits in the dinner.




TO DO IN OFFICE



  • Wash your face and eyes with plain water at least 3 times a day
  • Sit properly - else in future it will lead to severe back pain
  • Fill your stomach with water, once you urinate.
