TO DO EXERCISE
- Daily 30 min brisk walk is must
- Simple exercise is not enough, do exercise till you sweat heavily.
- Spine exercise is must.
- daily take at least 10 situps
- Yoga is must
- Meditation is must.
TO DO Daily
- Morning

Morning have 1 Liter of
water

Have Coconut water in
the morning for stomach ailments.

Morning Meditation.
